First Lady Michelle Obama visited the Department of Education and gave quite a 'rally up the troops' speech. She thanked them for their hard work and dedication, and even reminded everyone that she herself is a product of the public school system.

Is it just me or did the first lady not really seem like herself in this video? She looked makeup-less like she'd been up all night and wanted to lay the smackdown on someone. I even peeped an eye roll or two up in there....Smh.
