After checking out all the couture collections I have come to the conclusion that the fashion industry is about to be diagnosed with a pants allergy. There was at least five collections that displayed at least one look that included NO PANTS. Obviously couture collections are meant to be more imaginative than ready-to-wear or resort collections, but I have no idea where, how, and when this trend came about. I have so many questions:
1) Was it Lady Gaga's pants-less-ness that this trend?
2) Is this actually a realistic style for people to wear...OUTDOORS?!
3) And if this is indeed realistic (blank. stare.) would YOU wear it?
Couture collection aside. Is being pants-less the new shoulder pads?
